Refund: How it works?
Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a refund or store credit that will be valid for 3 months.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Return initiate should be done within 48 hours of purchase.
Follow these 4 simple steps to return
• Call our customer support number or email us at email@example.com for returning the product
• Our customer support team will schedule a pick-up as per customer convenience. Return shipping cost will be incurred by the customer
• Pack the item in its original state and packaging and hand it over to our courier team.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and if it’s eligible for return, we will process the refund.
• Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.
• In case the item requested is not the same as advertised, the customer has the right to return the same in its original packing and get the complete refund (return charges will be on free of cost)
• No return for opened products if it’s fully functional and as advertised.
