    Delivery / Shipment Policy

    Sabayashop.com will delivery any items ordered within 2 working days in Egypt . We strive to deliver on time but in case of delay due to unknown status Sabayashop.com will not be responsible. If orders are not delivered within 14 working days of the specified time, the customer has the right to cancel the order at no cost. All items are subject to stock availability. No Friday will be delivered. Customers will be asked to sign the goods upon delivery. If wrong shipping information is given in the order time, then any delivery fee and additional processing fee will be borne by customers. Once delivery and signing, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted.

    Purchases can be returned within 7 days of delivery item. We believe in easy and free returns and you can return any product you purchase, the return shipping cost will be collected from buyer (case to case). However, this does not apply to promotional products or flash selling. Item less than 200 EGP value is not eligible for return. Items that do not contain Escrow are not eligible for return. Make sure that the original packaging, labels and other relevant marks of the purchased item are kept in the booking to take advantage of the returns / refunds, especially under the electronic items.     There are a few specific scenarios where return support is difficult:


    • Requests for return outside the specified period, which is 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • The product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as you received it.
    • Specific categories such as underwear, underwear, socks, free clothing etc.
    • Defective products, which are covered under manufacturer warranty.
    • The company is not responsible for boot issues.
    • Any item consumed, used or installed.
    • Products that contain serial or missing numbers.
    • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, tags, original packing, free accessories.
    • Fragile items, hygiene items.
    • Mystoreuae.com unfortunately will not be able to support returns under sale flash / clearance sales / low price clearance or other sales deals. If the product you received is defective please inform our customer service team within one day of receiving the product. No refund or replacement will be made against these sales products.
